How to avoid an earthquake?

Caution and restraint should be maintained instead of fear when an earthquake is felt. If an earthquake is felt, the first thing to do is to get out of the house and go to an open place. If the alley is very congested and there are high-rise buildings on both sides, there is no point in going out. Then you should stay in a safe place at home. If it can take a long time to get out of the house, the house should be hidden in a corner of the room or under some strong furniture. Efforts should be made to save the head as well as other sensitive organs of the body.
