For the fourth day in a row, Corona's daily cases are less than one lakh: more than 3403 deaths


There are now only 11.21 lakh active cases in the country

The ICMR will conduct a CERO survey nationally to find out the impact of the corona and the possibility of a third wave

New Delhi: Only 91,1702 new cases of corona have been reported in India in the last 24 hours. At the same time, another 3403 people have been killed. For the fourth day in a row, daily cases have been within one lakh. At the same time, the daily positivity rate has been 4.49 per cent.

The total number of cases has also increased to 2.92 crore. While active cases have come down further to 11.21 lakh. Active cases in the country now account for only 3.83 per cent of the total infected cases. At the national level, the recovery rate has risen to 94.93 per cent. Corona's testing is still going on as before. 20.44 lakh tests of Corona were done in one day.

At the same time, the total number of Tests of Corona reached 37.42 crores. On the other hand, a national sero survey will be conducted by ICMR to check the impact of corona on the population of the country and the immunity of the people.

Currently the CIRO survey was conducted in a specific area and state but now it will be conducted covering every state and union territory. The central government has said that states have 1.17 crore doses of corona vaccine available. A further 38 lakh doses will be delivered in the next three days.

The Central Government has so far given 25.60 crore doses to the States and Union Territories. Padma Shri Dr. Ashok Panagariya has passed away. The 71-year-old Dr. Ashok Panagariya was born with corona, after which he was admitted to a private hospital in Jaipur for treatment, he was on ventilator for several days.
