Dissatisfaction in Bengal BJP, activists besiege state president Dilip Ghosh

West Bengal, dated 5 June 2021, Saturday

After the victory of Mamata Banerjee's party in the West Bengal elections, the anger of the workers in the main rival party BJP is now coming out. Activists are angry with the BJP's top leaders in Bengal. Leaders, on the other hand, are also discussing internal differences.

Bengal state president Dilip Ghosh was surrounded by activists at a meeting of the party's organization. The incident happened in Hooghly. Activists also staged protests. The activists demanded that Hooghly's committee be dissolved as soon as possible. Meanwhile, Locket Chatterjee, an MP from the area, said after the BJP workers' protest, the workers were free to make their case. They can file their complaints against party leaders. However, the workers should be disciplined and present.

Meanwhile, the MP said that TMC workers broke into the crowd of BJP workers and created a commotion. However, the TMC denied the allegations, saying the BJP needed to look inside itself. The BJP should take care of its own house first. Everyone knows the infighting in the BJP over ticket distribution. BJP leaders are accusing the TMC of using political violence to cover up their infighting.
