Kolkata: The Border Security Force (BSF) has nabbed a Chinese national from the Indo-Bangladesh international border in West Bengal. The 35-year-old Chinese, wearing a black sleeveless gown, pants and shoes, was stopped by Indian troops at around 7 a.m. on Thursday when he was trying to enter Indian territory after crossing the international border in Malda district.

A Chinese passport, a Bangladeshi visa, a laptop and three mobile phone SIM cards were recovered from the Chinese national named Junwei Han. The intruder is being held at the Border Security Force's Kalia checkpost.

A Delhi-based BSF spokesperson said that the investigating agencies were interrogating the arrested Chinese. The Chinese citizen does not know much English.
