The tax virus is spreading in the capital, Delhi, and the issue was heard again in the Delhi High Court on Tuesday. The Delhi High Court has once again slammed the central government for its lack of oxygen. Commenting on the matter, the High Court said, "You can be blinded by the situation in the country, not us." We cannot see people dying. The High Court further said that the Center has blindfolded us, but we cannot do that.

During the hearing, the Amicus Curiae informed the High Court that people in Delhi were dying due to lack of oxygen. The High Court told the Center that if the demand for oxygen in Maharashtra is low at present, a few tankers could be given to Delhi. The Center in its reply said that we will file our compliance report in the Supreme Court today, we will not go on the fact that 700 metric tonnes of oxygen has to be supplied or the second quota of gas has to be met.

The High Court slammed the Center, saying that the Supreme Court had also asked the Center to provide 700 metric tonnes of oxygen, which is the amount it should get. The Delhi government accused the Center of not using oxygen supplies and tankers equally. The central government informed the Delhi High Court that 12 additional tankers of oxygen had been given to Delhi only yesterday.

In this regard, the Delhi government says that the people of Delhi are dying due to lack of oxygen and not getting enough oxygen from the Center. The court had to intervene after the hearing saw a heated exchange between the two parties.
