After a patient dies from a corona infection, the virus in his or her body becomes inactive. At the same time, it eliminates the risk of infecting others. But as a precautionary measure, the corpse of an infected person needs to be cremated according to protocol.

Forensic experts from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi found during the study that no infection was found in Corona's patient's nose or mouth 24 hours after his death. Doctors at Ames examined 100 bodies during the study. All of those people died of coronary heart disease. After the death his terrestrial body was examined he came to the corona negative.

The head of the forensic department of AIIMS, Dr. Sudhir Kumar Gupta said a pilot study was conducted to gather facts of the discussions about the spread of corona infection by the corpse. For the study, swabs were taken from the throats and noses of those who had died from corona a day after the death and an examination was performed in which the corpse was found not to have corona virus.

However, it is very important to be careful about the internal fluid that comes out of the body a few hours after death. To this end, the Government of India has formulated guidelines on the advice of AIIMS forensic experts.

This study is very much needed at present as it has been observed in many cities, including Delhi, that the bodies of the family members are left on the cremation ground. Many families do not even come to the cemetery again for the bone.

Dr. Sudhir Gupta said that there is no risk of infection if the corpse is wrapped in a polythene with Rs.
