Lockdown in UP extended till May 31, industrial activities will get exemption

In Uttar Pradesh, it has been decided to extend the lockdown of Corona till May 31. The state government says the sanctions have been extended for another week as a precautionary measure. The decision was taken at a cabinet meeting of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath at Kanpur. As per the announcement, the ban will remain in force in the state till 7:00 am on May 31. However, industrial activities will continue as before.

In Uttar Pradesh, everything except essential services will be banned during the Koro curfew. Vaccination, medical emergency and industrial activities are also exempted from essential services. But the general public will be barred from leaving.

People will not be allowed to leave the house without a reason. The lockdown has once again been extended in UP but the corona in the state now seems to be coming under control. Corona cases have been steadily declining in the country's largest state, and the death toll has dropped.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath told a press conference on Saturday that the second wave of corona in the state would last till May 30. He also asked all the officials not to organize big events in the state and to prevent more crowds from gathering.
