Hospital administrators give fake injections of remedivir to corona patients, killing scores

The epidemic has also become a source of income for some in the midst of the corona transition.

In one such case, counterfeit injections were used on patients at the hospital after they were sold and a number of people have lost their lives as a result. Corona patients are also being treated at the City Hospital in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. Remedivir injections were ordered, which were given to corona patients.

The injection was ordered by hospital manager Sarabjit Singh Mokha. It may be mentioned that recently Gujarat police had exposed a scam of supplying fake injections. There were about 500 injections given to patients and many patients are feared to have lost their lives due to it.

Four people, including a hospital administrator, have now been arrested. Police are also trying to determine whether 500 injections were ordered or more.

Accused Sarabjit Singh is also the local president of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad.
