Former MP Pappu Yadav arrested in Bihar's Patna, charged with violating lockdown

Jan Adhikari Party national president and former MP Papu Yadav has been arrested. This allegation has been made by Pappu Yadav himself by tweeting. "I was arrested and taken to Gandhi Maidan in Patna," he said. Police have also confirmed his arrest. On Tuesday morning, a police team reached Pappu Yadav's Patna-based residence and arrested him. Just a few days ago, Pappu Yadav raised questions about BJP MP Rajiv Pratap Rudy's ambulance.

Papu Yadav is accused of violating the lockdown in Bihar. Apart from this, Pappu Yadav has also been accused of obstructing government work. According to the information received, Pappu Yadav had entered the Corona ward of PMCH this morning without a pass. Apart from this he also planned to go to his area Madhepura. Police had earlier urged him to make a pass, but Papu Yadav has been violating the rules.

A case of violation of lockdown was registered against Pappu Yadav in Amanour of Saran after the poll of ambulance purchased from BJP MP Rajiv Pratap Ruda MP's fund was opened.
