Corona: More than 4,000 deaths in 24 hours, more than 2.5 million new cases of infection

The second wave of the Koro epidemic is raging in the country. The number of new patients in the country is declining sharply but the death toll due to corona is still alarming. In the last 24 hours, 2.57 lakh new cases of corona have been reported in the country and 4,194 people have died. The health ministry released the information on Saturday.

According to a report by the Ministry of Health, the number of new cases of corona in the country continues to fluctuate. In the last 24 hours, 2,57,299 new cases have been reported, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 2,62,89,290.

Corona's orgy is not stopping

The death toll continues to rise during the second wave of the Koro epidemic in the country. 4,194 patients have died in the last 24 hours. At the same time, the death toll from the covid infection has risen to 2,95,525. The death toll has risen to more than 4,000 in the last 10 days.

Decrease in active case of corona

According to the latest figures from the Ministry of Health, the number of active cases in the country is steadily declining which is a matter of relief. In the last 24 hours, 3,57,630 Corona patients have recovered and returned home. At the same time, 2,30,70,365 patients in the country have so far managed to beat the corona virus. The number of patients recovering is increasing against the number of cases of corona being reported every day thus reducing the number of active cases. Currently, the number of active cases in the country is 29,23,400.
