The uncontrollable Corona in India seems to have taken a break. For the second day in a row, less than 1.75 lakh new cases of corona have been reported in the country. Many states, including Maharashtra, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, have seen a steady decline in new cases of corona. In the midst of all this, several cities, including the national capital Delhi, are preparing to unlock the lockdown.

In the last 24 hours, 1,65,553 new cases of corona have been reported in India while 3,460 patients have died, according to a report by the Union Ministry of Health. More than 2.76 lakh Corona patients from across the country have recovered and been discharged in the last 24 hours.

In the last 24 hours, 1,73,790 new cases of corona were reported in India while 3,617 patients died due to corona, according to figures released by the health ministry on Saturday. In India, the recovery rate of patients is consistently higher compared to new cases.

According to a report by the Ministry of Health, the number of active cases of corona in the country has come down to 21 lakh. Which is about 8 percent of the total cases of infection. The national recovery rate from Covid-19 is about 91 percent and the death rate is 1.16 percent.
