BJP worker commits suicide for fear of TMC workers, another BJP worker beheaded

In West Bengal, the election results have been declared and it has been almost a month since Mamata Banerjee's government was formed, but political violence is still raging.

BJP workers are still being targeted. The body of a BJP worker was found hanging in the Dum Dum Park area on Sunday. A BJP worker was beheaded in Balurghat area. TMC workers are being held responsible for this.

The body of 40-year-old BJP activist Prasanjit Das was found hanging in Damdam Park this morning. He went into hiding after the election results were announced because he feared for his life. However, he returned home due to his father's physical illness and was beaten by some thugs in the area. The family members allege that Prasanjit has committed suicide for fear of atrocities against him.

A local TMC leader, on the other hand, said the young man had committed suicide as he was suffering from mental illness.

A BJP worker named Chhotan Malkar was attacked in Balurghat area while he was walking from the market. He was beheaded. He is currently in hospital. The BJP has blamed the TMC for this.
