Bill Gates, the co-founder of Microsoft and one of the richest people in the world, and his wife Milinda Gates have decided to separate after almost 27 years of their marriage. Bill Gates has informed about this by tweeting. "After a lot of deliberation and work on our relationship, we have decided to get a divorce," he said. He has released a statement on Twitter in which he has written this.

"Over the past 27 years, we have raised three children and built an outstanding organization that contributes to the health and well-being of people around the world," he wrote. We will always continue this mission and continue to help people. Bill Gates runs an organization called the Bill & Melinda Foundation.

Now it is natural that if the richest man in the world is getting divorced at one time, people will be curious about the division of wealth. According to Forbes' 35th list, Bill Gates currently has a net worth of about 4 124 billion. He is currently the fourth richest person in the world. First on the list right now is Jeff Bezos.
