Andhra Pradesh: Death of 11 patients due to delay in delivery of oxygen tanker, relatives rush to ICU

The oxygen crisis is still raging in the country amid the Corona riots. Lack of oxygen is taking the lives of people who are not taking the name of stopping. In Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, about 11 crore patients have died due to delay in getting oxygen. It is learned that the accident took place a few minutes late in the arrival of the oxygen tanker. The incident took place at Sri Venkateswara Ramnarayan Ruia Government Hospital in Tirupati.

The collector has confirmed the death. Collector M. Hari Narayan said that 11 patients lost their lives due to lack of oxygen. Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy had ordered an inquiry into the matter. State Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy had recently convened a meeting to review Koro's condition. Now the Chief Minister has asked for a report on this incident.

Collectors are talking of 11 deaths. Meanwhile, the hospital's superintendent Dr Bharti says that 9 coronary patients and 3 non-covid patients have died. Accordingly, 12 people have died there. However, the condition of 5 patients was reported to be critical. Mortality is likely to rise in such a situation. After the incident, Chittoor District Collector Hari Narayan, Joint Collector and Municipal Commissioner visited the hospital. At the same time, Deputy CM and Minister of State for Health Alla Nani called on Ruia Hospital Superintendent Dr. Called Bharti and inquired about the situation.

Oxygen pressure reportedly began to drop after 8:30 p.m. By the time the amount of oxygen reached, 11 patients had died. The enraged relatives then stormed into the ICU. He also damaged equipment inside the ICU. Some videos of the incident are also going viral on social media. In which it is clearly stated that the condition of the patients was deteriorating due to lack of oxygen. Relatives standing near the patients are giving them air so that they do not panic.
