West Bengal: TMC workers throw stones at BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain's rally

BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain's rally in West Bengal has been marred by stone pelting in Howrah area.

Informing Shahnawaz Hussain himself, he said that the TMC goons were incensed by the way people had gathered at the rally and started throwing stones. A BJP worker was also injured in the incident. He has been admitted to hospital. Shahnawaz said the security forces had also admitted that security was low at the rally. This gave TMC activists a chance to attack. He threw stones after the first season.

Voting for the fourth phase in Bengal is scheduled for April 10. People will vote for 44 seats in this phase. Campaigning for the fourth phase is in full swing. Home Minister Amit Shah himself is scheduled to address four rallies. On the other hand, sporadic incidents of violence in the state are still going on and BJP and TMC are blaming each other.
