New delhi date. 17 April 2021, Saturday

Union Health Minister Dr Harshvardhan has claimed that there is no shortage of corona vaccine in the country.

He held a meeting with all the states and said that the vaccine was being made available to the big states every four days and to the small states every seven days. In such a situation, if a state needs additional vaccines, it can discuss the issue with the central government.

Dr. Harshvardhan told the states that all the states have been given good funds by the Central Government for Corona. States should make good use of those funds. The schedule for supply of oxygen has been prepared by the Center till April 30 and the availability of oxygen has been clearly informed.

The states were also given ventilators for corona patients last year, he said. Ventilators are currently in demand from states including Maharashtra, UP, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh. Which will be provided soon.

"The negligence shown by the people towards Corona is overwhelming," he said. It is very important to follow the rules of corona to break the chain of transition. There are 52 districts in India where no new cases have been reported in seven days. There are four districts where no new cases have been reported in 21 days. In 44 districts, no new cases have been reported in 28 days.
