The lockdown in the capital Delhi also had no effect, with 28,000 new cases a day

New Delhi, April 21, 2021

The lockdown does not seem to be having any effect on the transition to Corona in the country's capital, Delhi.

Corona infection figures are shocking. The highest number of cases has been reported in Delhi in the last 24 hours in a single day. In 24 hours, 28000 new corona patients have come forward and 277 people have died. The number of patients in Delhi so far is 9 lakh. One lakh corona patients are still undergoing treatment.

In Delhi, a six-day lockdown was imposed as the situation was deteriorating. The lockdown was imposed from 10 pm on Monday. The second day of the lockdown, however, did not affect Corona. On the other hand, there is a medical oxygen crisis in Delhi.

Oxygen was available in Delhi's hospitals for counting hours on Tuesday evening. However, the crisis has been averted due to adequate oxygen supply, but the transition to corona is not controlled even with the lockdown, leaving one wondering what will happen next.
