The second wave of Corona in India has caused an outcry. In this context, the American tech company Google has announced a fund of Rs 135 crore to India to fight Kovid-19. According to Google, the funds will be given to Giveindia and UNICEF to help medical supplies in India and families affected by Covid-19.

Google CEO Sundar Pichai also tweeted for this. "The Corona crisis in India continues to rage and in these circumstances, Googlers, ie those working at Google, will provide Rs 135 crore to GiveIndia and UNICEF to combat Covid-19 in India," Pichai wrote.

According to Google, the fund also includes ad grants. Google's ad grant program allows non-profit organizations to provide free ads on Google. The funding announced by Google also includes ad grants, meaning there will be no cash of Rs 135 crore.

Giveindia will also distribute the funds provided by Google as cash to the families badly affected by the Corona epidemic. UNICEF will utilize Google's funds for medical supplies, oxygen and testing equipment.
