Corona's Kaher: For the first time in history, the public is barred from entering the police station

Patna, Ta. 17 April 2021, Saturday

The doors of the police station are open to the public 24 hours a day, but the increasing transition to corona has broken the practice.

Hundreds of police personnel on duty in various districts of Bihar are being infected and the police headquarters has directed all police stations to be vigilant. As a result, the public has been barred from entering the Rajivnagar police station in the capital Patna.

Barricading has been put up to stop people here and a box has been put out to take complaints. Officers have been instructed to go out and meet visitors if necessary.

This is probably the first time in the history of the police system that people have been stopped from going to the police station. Meanwhile, police personnel and their families have also been ordered to sanitize the police line area and abide by the Corona Protocol.
