Corona mortality is lower in countries exposed to direct sunlight: study claims

Scientists at the University of Edinburgh in Britain presented an interesting finding. According to a report in the British Journal of Dermatology, corona mortality was lower in direct sunlight. Corona mortality was lower, especially in areas with high levels of ultraviolet rays.
Researchers at the University of Edinburgh looked at cases reported between January 2020 and April 2020. The study was conducted on 6 areas of the Americas. Corona deaths were lower in areas where the sun's direct rays fell. Mortality was higher in areas where ultraviolet rays were rarely found.
The researchers used the same pattern to study the death toll and coronary transition statistics from different regions in countries such as Italy-Britain-Spain where the corona raged between January and April last year. The same conclusion was reached. Mortality rates were found to be relatively low in areas where ultraviolet rays were exposed directly.
The report claims that corona reduced the risk of death by up to 3% in people living in high-ultraviolet areas. This is the first systematic report proving that the corona is related to sunlight.
Researchers from the same university had earlier linked sunlight and blood pressure to heart attack. People living in areas with more sunlight had a relatively lower risk of heart attack and blood pressure.
