The weather in the country is also changing curves amid the Corona transition. The country's mountainous state of Himachal Pradesh has been hit hard by heavy rains and snowfall on Thursday night.

Manali has broken the record of the last 25 years and it snowed in April. The last such incident took place in 1996. Snowfall in the Kullu valley has also had a far-reaching effect on people's lives. The Atal Tunnel connecting Rohtang is currently closed due to heavy snowfall on the Rohtang Highway.

140 centimeters of snow has fallen in Rohtang, 160 centimeters in Baralacha and 100 centimeters in Kunjum Pass, raising concerns among the Army Border Roads Organization, which maintains highways in the area. Traffic on more than 100 roads in Lahore and Kullu Valley has been affected. Apple cultivation, on the other hand, is likely to suffer due to the changing climate. In high altitude areas, apple cultivation will suffer 50 to 80 per cent loss.

An old multi-storey building has collapsed in the capital Shimla. However, no casualties were reported as the people living here have already been shifted to safer places.
