A new revelation has emerged in the case of a Scorpio car loaded with explosives being found near the house of businessman Mukesh Ambani. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has claimed that Sachin Waje, a former Mumbai police officer, was involved in a major encounter with an explosive device.

The plan was to bring in a big rogue from Delhi to shoot in this encounter. The court has remanded former API Waje of the Crime Branch in Mumbai's Taloja Jail in court custody. The investigating agency arrested Waje on March 13 in the Scorpio scandal. The investigation then found out the whole story in a lengthy interrogation that lasted for 27 days.

The team of the investigating agency has not made the whole thing public at present but it was learned that Waje's plan was to pick up some miscreants and encounter them. He then wanted to get applause by blaming the scoundrels behind keeping Scorpio. There were plans to encounter a Maruti Eco car stolen from Aurangabad. Apart from Mansukh Hiren, a Delhi-based miscreant was also planned to be killed in the encounter.

In fact, Waje, who was one of the star officers of Mumbai Police, was away from the limelight due to his long suspension. He wanted to get applause again through this encounter. But before his plan could succeed, the investigating agency took matters into its own hands and ruined the whole game.
