After Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, now 9 patients die due to lack of oxygen in UP hospital

After Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, now in Meerut, UP too, 9 patients have died due to lack of oxygen in the hospital.

UP, the country's largest state, is short of oxygen and nine coronan patients have died at the KMC hospital in Meerut. Lack of oxygen, meanwhile, has led to hospitals being on ventilators themselves.

Different hospitals are now refusing to admit new patients to Corona due to lack of oxygen. "We have very little oxygen compared to what we need for patients," said the chairman of KMC Hospital. However, patients are being given oxygen.

Hospitals, on the other hand, allege that patients are being shifted from one hospital to another instead of being managed by the system. At one stage, the government medical college in Meerut was also in a state of panic due to low oxygen flow. However the oxygen supply was later restored.
