The smugglers may have hidden drugs anywhere, now the STF does not have to waste any time in finding them. This has been made easier with the help of STF's new partner HND (Handheld Narcotics Detector). Uttarakhand STF has sent a proposal to the headquarters to procure this machine on a large scale.

In fact, so far only drug smugglers have been caught on a tip-off. It was impossible for the police to accidentally search a person, vehicle or any other place for narcotics. But a solution has been found by the STF and an exercise to procure this special device has been carried out in the wake of the Mumbai Police.

According to officials, substances like hashish, smack, drugs will be hidden anywhere, this machine finds it. Even if someone hides a small patch between the steps of the car, clothes or luggage, it will not be covered.

The criminals' phones and SIMs can also be traced

The STF will also use such machines to search the mobiles of inmates and other criminals. These machines will also detect broken SIMs. The benefit will also be available during prison searches.
