Pharma sector company Dr. Reddy's Laboratory hopes that the Russian corona vaccine Sputnik-5 will be approved by Indian drug regulators in the next few weeks. Dr. Reddy's CEO Deepak Sapra asked Dr. Sputnik to bring the Sputnik-5 vaccine to India. Reddy informed that he has entered into an agreement with Russia Direct Investment Fund.

There will be 2 doses of vaccine

According to Deepak Sapra, approval is expected in the next few weeks. This will require two doses of the vaccine. The second dose should be taken on the 21st day after taking the first dose. Immunity will develop between the 28th and 42nd day of vaccination.

The situation is constantly deteriorating

In the last 24 hours, 68,020 new cases of corona virus infection were reported, the highest number on a daily basis this year. According to a report by the Union Ministry of Health, the total number of coronary heart disease cases in the country has risen to more than 1.20 crore.
