Poxo court sentences all three in Aarushi gangrape murder case to death

The Poxo court has sentenced all the three convicts to death in the notorious Aarushi gangrape and murder case in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh. The incident of gangrape and murder in a moving car caused a political earthquake in Uttar Pradesh and even the police were blown away. Ten days after the incident, police arrested Secunderabad resident accused Israel, Zulfiqar and Dilshad and sent them to jail.

On January 2, 2018, Aarushi was on her way home from tuition when she was abducted and murdered after a gangrape. Aarushi has received justice after a two-year trial and her mother said she wanted to see the animals hanged herself.

Aarushi, 16, was repeatedly raped in a car traveling on NH-91 and her body was found on January 4, 2018 in Dadri Kotwali area. The police investigation led to the identification of the body and Sagira's family members lodged a complaint against 3 heretical youths in a murder, gangrape case.
