Our family does not support racial discrimination: Prince William of Britain

London, Thursday 11 March 2021

Britain's Prince William has defended the British royal family over allegations of racial discrimination by his brother Prince Harry and sister-in-law Megan Merkel, saying his family does not support racism at all.

William reacted directly to an interview with Oprah Winfrey to her brother and Mag on a visit to a school in East London on Thursday.

Earlier, Buckingham Palace also issued a statement seeking to respond to allegations of racial discrimination and abuse against Harry and Megan, but failed to contain the controversy.

In an earlier interview with Oprah Winfrey, Megan Merkel, the wife of Britain's Prince Harry, also revealed that a member of the royal family had expressed concern to her husband, Prince Harry, about the color of their baby.

Britain's Prince Harry and his wife Megan Merkel explained during the interview how the process of separating themselves from a royal lifestyle was very difficult for them.

He recounted how, when they separated from a royal life, Tyler Perry of the United States offered them (Harry and Megan) a home and security in California in the year 2020.
