ISRO and the Italian space agency will conduct a joint mission

ISRO chief K. Sivan and Giorgio Sacosia, chairman of the Italian Space Agency, had a virtual meeting. Meanwhile, the two countries' space agencies agreed to increase cooperation.
A virtual meeting of the heads of space agencies of India and Italy was held to enhance cooperation in space exploration. The meeting focused on enhancing cooperation between the two countries in the field of space, robotics and human research.
It was also considered to form a committee to look into the possibility of the two countries carrying out a joint mission in the future. In the future, the space agency of the two countries can work together in the field of robotics in addition to space science.
Earlier, ISRO chief K Sivan had also held talks with the space agencies of Brazil and Australia. ISRO had signed agreements with both the countries. India even launched the Brazilian satellite, at which time Brazil's Minister of Science and Technology was specially present.
K Sivan also had a virtual meeting with Enrique Palermo, head of the Australian Space Agency, in February last month. The two countries also agreed to work out a framework for enhancing cooperation in the field of space.
