Coronavirus: Corona cases cross 18,000 for first time since January 29, 5 states raise concerns

Coronary heart disease transmission is on the rise again in the country, with 18,327 new cases reported in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of infections to 1,11,92,088, the highest number of cases reported in the country after 36 days. But has risen to 1,80,304.

In the last 24 hours, 108 crore patients have died across the country and the death toll has risen to 1,57,656, according to figures released on Saturday. At present, the recovery rate across the country is 96.98 per cent while the death rate is 1.41 per cent.

According to the health ministry, the five states in the country - Maharashtra, Kerala, Punjab, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu - are witnessing an increase in the number of cases of coronary heart disease, accounting for 82 per cent of the new corona cases reported across the country.

The total number of cases of transition was 50 lakh on September 16, 60 lakh on September 28, 70 lakh on October 11, 80 lakh on October 29, 90 lakh on November 20 and one crore on December 19. 22,06,92,677 corona tests were conducted across the country while 7,51,935 samples were tested in the last 24 hours.
