'Building a temple will make India powerful', will support the law of love jihad: RSS

The annual meeting of the Union Presidents was held at Bengaluru, Karnataka. One of the two resolutions passed at the meeting said that the process of construction of the Ram temple would make India internally powerful. As the RSS proposes, "this campaign proved once again that the whole country is emotionally connected to Lord Shriram."

The resolution said, "Following the unanimous decision of the Supreme Court on the Shriram Janmabhoomi, the formation of the Shriram Janmabhoomi Tirthakshetra for the construction of the Shriram Temple, the commencement of the construction of the magnificent temple at Ayodhya and the fundraising campaign have become golden pages of Indian history." It will also inspire future generations. The cooperation and enthusiasm of the society during this campaign was historic. People who could not reach the volunteers were contacted and called from the front. This campaign has proved how people living in India are connected to Shriram.

The top level of the union was changed on Saturday and Dattatreya Hosballe was made the new head of government. Besides, BJP leader Ram Madhav has returned to the Sangh. Hosballe condemned the temptation for girls to marry and convert, and said the union supports a state that would legislate against such an act.
