Bengal: Former cricketer and BJP candidate Ashok Dinda attacked, will now get Y category security

Former cricketer and BJP candidate in the West Bengal Assembly elections Ashok Dinda was attacked during his election campaign on Tuesday. His jeep was also vandalized.

Following the attack on Ashok Dinda, the central government has now decided to provide him with Y-category security. The former cricketer has recently joined the BJP. .
