Another seven corona vaccine trial is underway in India: Dr. Harshvardhan

Union Health Minister Dr Harshvardhan and his wife took the second dose of the corona vaccine today. The first dose was taken in early March.

"The vaccine made in India is safe and my wife and I have not had any side effects after taking the vaccine," he said. "The vaccination campaign in the country is in full swing. India is moving towards vaccinating all people." For this, seven other corona vaccines are being developed in the country. Clinical trials of some of these have started and trials of some are currently at an advanced stage.

"Apart from this, two other vaccines are in pre-clinical trial and one is in phase one and the other is in phase two. The two vaccines currently being given in India are completely safe.
