Rahul Gandhi reached the sea to catch fish with fishermen

The former Congress president and MP is on a two-day visit to Kerala. Today he reached Kollam district and went to sea to catch fish with fishermen.

Rahul Gandhi was sitting in his boat with the fishermen. His journey started at 4.30 am and he stayed with the fishermen in the boat for about an hour.

Rahul Gandhi said, "I already wanted to experience the life of fishermen. I went to sea with my fishing brothers early this morning. Work hard but benefit others.

"A proposal will be tabled in the Legislative Assembly to bring special provision for fishermen to Kerala and I will also appeal to the Central Government to set up a separate ministry for fishermen," he said. Was left empty.
