One lakh prize announced for Deep Sidhu, mastermind of Lal Killa violence

Delhi Police has announced a bounty on three accused in the case of hoisting religious flags at the Red Fort during a tractor rally in Delhi.

Police are searching for three accused for waving religious flags at the Red Fort during a tractor rally by farmers on Republic Day in protest of three new agriculture laws by the central government.

The Delhi Police has announced a reward for information leading to the arrest of the accused. Apart from accused Deep Sidhu and Jugraj Singh, two other accused have been awarded Rs 1 lakh each. In addition, a reward of Rs 50,000 has been announced for other accused. An SIT has also been formed to investigate the incident.

Deep Sidhu was named as the mastermind of the Red Fort violence. Deep Sidhu is currently absconding.

Farmers 'organizations had accused Deep Sidhu of flying the farmers' flag instead of the tricolor at the Red Fort. In a 17-minute video, Deep Sidhu threatened the farmers leaders to open the polls, saying that the farmers needed to unite, instead the farmers leaders backed down on the issue. He also accused the peasant leaders of not showing unity.
