North Korea stole 31 31 million from hackers for its nuclear program

United Nations, Ta. Tuesday, February 9, 2021

The North Korean government itself collects ransom from around the world through hackers. According to a United Nations report, in 2019-20, North Korean hackers collected 31 31.64 million in ransom from various countries and companies. The ransom was paid to the North Korean government.

The government used it to advance its nuclear and ballistic missile program. This global case is like a fence being swallowed up. According to a UN report, North Korea does not have enough money. Government financial institutions cannot fund a missile-nuclear program.

Kim Jong Un, on the other hand, is determined to advance the nuclear program. So it steals money from other countries and uses it. According to the report, North Korea's economic situation has deteriorated during the Corona period. In this too the liquid money coming from abroad was stopped. So the government resorted to theft.
