"I had hoped that only the BJP would remove Article 370 from Kashmir, but I was surprised at the time when this decision was taken," said Ghulam Nabi Azad, a veteran Congress leader who resigned from the Rajya Sabha.
Ghulam Nabi Azad has come to the limelight overnight after PM Modi praised Azad in the Rajya Sabha.
