Iranian cleric makes bizarre claim, says corona vaccine will turn people gay

The vaccine is emerging as a ray of hope for the world facing the Corona epidemic. Iran's Ayatollah Abbas Tabrizi has made a bizarre claim that vaccination has begun in many countries, including India. "People who get the corona vaccine will become gay," he said.

Sharing a post on the social media app Telegram, Iranian cleric Ayatollah Abbas Tabarijian said the corona vaccine would make people gay. On the one hand doctors and scientists are working day and night for treatment, on the other hand taking such statements can lead people towards negativity.

Organizations working for the rights of the LGBT community have expressed displeasure over Ayatollah Abbas Tabarijian's claim. The pastor's claim is a ploy to label Corona and homosexuals as demons, said LGBT activist Peter Tutshell.
