Deep Sidhu, accused in Delhi violence, arrested, nabbed by Delhi Police

Deep Sidhu, the main accused in the January 26 violence at a farmers' tractor rally, has been picked up by a special cell of the Delhi Police. He was arrested by a special cell of Delhi Police on Tuesday after absconding for about 15 days. Police have placed a bounty of Rs 1 lakh on him. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.

Deep Sidhu has been arrested by the Special Cell of Delhi Police. The main accused Deep Sidhu has been absconding since January 26. However, apart from Deep, former gangster Lakhkha Sidhna and Jugraj, who hoisted flags at the Red Fort, are still absconding. Delhi Police has also released pictures of about 50 people who spread violence.

Delhi Police has registered a case under treason and UAPA for waving religious flags and rioting at the Red Fort in Delhi. The case is being investigated by a special cell of the Delhi Police.
