During his farewell address to Rajya Sabha MP Ghulam Nabi Azad at the end of his term, Union Minister of State and RPI leader Ramdas Athavale said, "You should come back to the House."

We (RPI) are ready to do that if Congress does not bring you back. This House needs you. I was there before too but came across this. After his statement, the wave of laughter in the House turned again. Athaval gave him a political invitation in the guise of a shire.

Earlier, addressing the Rajya Sabha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was emotional. Calling Ghulam Nabi his old friend, he refreshed old memories and became emotional.
