The state has allowed shops to be open 24 hours a day to boost the economy

On the one hand, the restaurant and food business has deteriorated as the Gujarat government has lifted the night curfew, while on the other hand, there is a state that has allowed shops to be open 24 hours a day to boost the economy.

The Karnataka government has decided that shops or stores and other businesses where 10 or more employees will be employed will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, subject to certain conditions. The new rule will be in force for three years. This will increase employment.

According to the government, an employee cannot work more than eight hours and 48 hours a week, while overtime should not exceed 10 hours and women employees cannot be kept on duty after 8 pm, even if a female employee herself. If she wants to work at night, she will be responsible for her safety.

At the same time employees will have to pay their salary or overtime amount in their bank account only.
