Prime Minister Modi inaugurates National Metrology Conclave, one thousandth of a second can now be counted

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the National Metrology Conclave this morning through video conferencing. He unveiled the National Atomic Time Scale and Indian Directive Matter to the nation.

The Prime Minister also laid the foundation stone of the National Environment Standards Laboratory. With the help of the atomic time scale, it will now be possible to calculate a thousandth of a second.

On this occasion, the Prime Minister said that the scientists of our country are providing Mabalakh. We are proud of our scientists. Two corona vaccines were approved in India in the new year. We have to work in such a way that the power of India and things made in India can be applauded in the world. Whether the product is in the government sector or in the private sector. Its quality should be full. Its quality should conform to global standards.

The Prime Minister said that scientists from the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) should interact with science students in colleges and share their experiences during the Corona period as well as the work done in the field of corona vaccine discovery. If this happens, the future generation of scientists will be ready. In order to prepare the future generation of scientists, it is very important that the existing scientists interact with the students.

In the conclave, the Prime Minister said that in 2022, the country will complete 75 years of independence. 2047 will mark the centenary of independence. We have to move towards setting new standards, new standards and new benchmarks in view of the new resolutions of a self-reliant India.

He pointed out that today India is one of the countries that has its own navigation system. The Indian Directive that has been unveiled today will give impetus to our industry to create quality products. By the National Atomic Scale we can calculate a thousandth of a second. The past has taught us that the more importance is given to science in the country, the more progress will be made in the field of technology. New industries will be created through new technology and research will be backed up. Thus the country will move forward, the country will progress overall.
