PM Modi gives green signal to mega connectivity, 8 luxury trains for Statue of Unity

PM Narendra Modi has given green signal to 8 trains for Kevadia to bring the statue of Sardar Patel in Kevadia, Gujarat on the world tourism map. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that this is the first time in the history of India that eight trains have been given the green signal at the same time.

These eight trains will connect Kevadia with Varanasi, Dadar, Ahmedabad, Hazrat Nizamuddin, Rewa, Chennai and Pratapnagar. Along with this project, the world's largest statue, the Statue of Unity, will also get a place on the map of Indian Railways. At the same time, with the rail link of Kevadia, travelers from all over the country will be able to reach here without any difficulty.

PM Modi has also inaugurated Kevadia railway station. He also inaugurated Broadgauge Lane. PM Modi said that Kevadia is no longer a small or big city of the country. More people are now flocking to Kevadia to see Sardar Patel's Statue of Unity than the Statue of Liberty. He said 5 million people have seen the statue so far. PM Modi said that according to a study, 1 lakh people will reach here every day in a few days.

Railway Minister Piyush Goyal said the design of the train is superb. During the journey of this train people will be able to enjoy the beautiful view of Maa Narmada valley.
