The decision by the central government to give the corona vaccine to Brazil has been questioned by Congress. Congress spokesperson Randeep Surjewala said that while the countrymen have not yet received the corona vaccine, then why is the corona vaccine being exported to Brazil? The central government has decided to supply 2 million doses of corona vaccine to Brazil. Last week, Brazilian President Jair Bolsenaro wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi urging him to immediately dispense 2 million doses of Bharat Biotech as well as AstraZeneca corona vaccine.

The government's decision is being questioned by the opposition. Surjewal said that when the people of the country did not get enough corona vaccine, why is it being exported? The question is why all the people of India have been allowed to export the corona vaccine even before it has been vaccinated. It should be the policy of the government that all people get the corona vaccine.

Brazil is the second most affected country in the world after the United States. Corona has killed more than 200,000 people in Brazil so far. More than 80 lakh people have contracted the disease. In a letter to Narendra Modi, Jair Bolsenaro said that pressure was mounting on him to start vaccination.

Apart from this, the Congress has also tried to surround the government with the question of free corona vaccine. The Congress said the Modi government should state how many people in the country will be given the corona vaccine for free. Congress has also questioned the market price of the corona vaccine.
