Google employees formed a union in the United States

-Decided to fight against his own exploitation

-This happened for the first time in America's technology industry

Employees of world-renowned technology company Google were reported to have formed a union in the United States.

The union was formed by Google employees for their own exploitation, better job opportunities, fair pay and other benefits. Reports that Google's 225 engineers have formed a union in San Francisco have caused a stir.

This was the first time in America that a union was formed by employees of a technology company. Most technology companies do not allow their employees to form unions in the United States, and attempts to form unions are suppressed. That's why Google employees quietly formed a union and in December elected union officials. The union was named Alphabet Workers Union after Google's owner Alphabet.

Google employs about 2.5 million people, either permanently or temporarily. Of these, only 225 engineers form a union. But this is just the beginning. This can have long-term effects. "We want to draw the employers' attention to the problems of the workers," said Chivi Shaw, an incumbent and engineer at the current union. We want to draw their attention to the issue of salaries of employees.

Google has always strived to ensure that its employees are well paid, said Cara Silverstein, Google's director of people's operations. Yet we will pay more attention to their problems. Thus these people come under American label law.

The US Department of Labor has accused Google of discriminating against its employees. In particular, the company fired employees who were raising their voices against the company's policy and trying to form unions by having private discussions with them.
