Delhi gets 2.74 lakh corona vaccine doses, vaccination will be done 4 days a week: CM Arvind Kejriwal

Vaccination campaigns are being prepared across the country to prevent the spread of coronavirus. A vaccination plan is being prepared in the country's capital Delhi. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said on January 14 that corona vaccine would be administered at 81 centers in Delhi at present. Initially 100 people will be vaccinated at each center.

In the next few days, corona vaccination will be resumed at 175 1000 centers. The center said it had received 274,000 doses of the corona vaccine. He also said that the corona vaccine will be given 4 days a week i.e. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Which will start from January.

So far we have received 274,000 doses of the vaccine from the center. Each person will be given two doses. "We've got 10% extra dose," he said. In Eva, 274,000 doses are enough for about 120,000 health workers.

Narendra Modi announced that in the first phase of the Corona vaccination campaign, the cost of vaccinating 30 million people, health workers and front line workers would be borne by the central government. He also clarified that the people's representatives will not be included in this stage.

Ahead of the nationwide campaign starting on January 16, Prime Minister Modi held meetings with the chief ministers of all the states and the last three-four weeks of vaccination for Kovid-19 have been running in about 50 countries and so far only 1.5 crore people have been vaccinated. India's goal is to vaccinate 300 million people in the next few months. Two corona vaccines produced in the country are much cheaper than other vaccines in the world and have been adapted to the conditions and conditions of the country.
