The trend has started to boycott Hinduism on social media after it was insulted in the Saif Ali Khan starrer Tandav.
On the other hand, BJP's Mumbai leader Ram Kadam has also appealed for a boycott of the web series and a police complaint has been lodged against him. A fresh example is the Thandav web series.
It is to be mentioned that the actor named Zeeshan Ayub, who is campaigning in this film, mocks Lord Shiva in one scene by disguising himself as Lord Shiva. Many people are upset to see this.
Ram Kadam has demanded that director Abbal Ali Zafar remove the insulting scene of Lord Shiva from the series and Zeeshan Ayub apologize. The series should be boycotted until this change takes place.
Even though there are big actors in the Tandava web series, the viewers did not like it much. The series is getting negative reviews due to poor screenplay.
