The 1971 war with Pakistan was marvelous

Today is Indian Naval Day. The Prime Minister saluted the Navy and said, "We are proud of you, you are protecting all the shores of the country with full dedication."

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Home Minister Amit Shah also lauded the Navy. "I salute the bravery, courage and professionalism of the Navy," Rajnath Singh said. Home Minister Amit Shah congratulated all the Navy personnel and their families and recalled the achievements of the Navy in the 1971 war with Pakistan. The Indian navy delivered the submarine as far as Karachi and blew up the Pakistani navy.
