A top official of Israel's spy agency Mossad has been assassinated for his actions.
Iranian media have claimed that a 45-year-old Mossad officer was killed in the Israeli capital, Tev Aviv. The media has also confirmed the killing. However, the name of the officer has not been disclosed in the media.
There has been speculation on social media that Iranian spies carried out the assassination in retaliation for the recent killing of their own nuclear scientist. .
According to Iranian media, the assailants fired 15 shots when an officer's car was parked near a traffic signal in Tel Aviv, after which the assailants fled.
However, the veracity of the video has not yet been confirmed. Israel, on the other hand, has not yet commented on the matter.
