As most of the country's industries are recovering from the impact of the Covid-19, the number of companies recruiting will increase next year, according to a report by a private company providing job vacancies.

According to a survey conducted by this private company, 26 per cent of the companies believe that in the next three to six months, the rate of recruitment by the companies will be the same as before Corona. Thirty-four per cent of the companies surveyed believe that over the next six to twelve months, the number of companies recruiting new employees will be the same as Coro's previous record.

1327 companies and consultants participated in this survey. Companies are optimistic for next year, according to the survey. The year 2020 did not see any significant impact on new recruits in the medical, healthcare, IT, BPO, ITES sectors. While the retail, hotel and travel industries were hit hard.

Companies have started recruiting since the end of this year. With the onset of the Corona epidemic in India in March, most companies stopped hiring new employees and even started firing some employees against it. However, new recruitments are still not being made by the companies as per Corona's previous position.

It is worth mentioning that sales of most of the companies were implemented as lockdowns were implemented across the country to keep Corona under control. Which forced companies to reduce production. Companies had no choice but to reduce the number of employees due to declining production.
