Owaisi tweeted on the anniversary of Babri Masjid demolition, don't let the new generation forget this injustice
New Delhi, Sunday 6 December 2020
On the anniversary of the Babri Masjid demolition, AIMIM MP Owaisi tweeted to his supporters, urging them to remind the next generation and teach them that the Babri Masjid was built in Ayodhya for 400 years.
Our ancestors used to worship in the hall of this mosque and break the rosary in the courtyard. When he died, he was buried in a nearby cemetery.
Significantly, it is the first anniversary of the Babri demolition since the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya began after the Supreme Court ruling. All the accused in the Babri demolition have been acquitted by the court.
This injustice should never be forgotten, said AIMIM MP Owaisi. "On the night of December 22-23, 1949, our Babri Masjid was desecrated and illegally occupied for 42 years," he tweeted.
Owaisi said, "On this day in 1992, our mosque was demolished in front of the world. Those responsible for it were not punished even for a day, never forgetting this injustice. '
It is important to note that a tight security has been put in place on the anniversary of the demolition of the Babri Masjid in Ayodhya. Additional police have been deployed in the district. So people from any community are not allowed to program.
Owaisi shared an old video
He also shared an old video of him lecturing about the Babri Masjid. In the video, Owaisi says, "Our fight was not about land, we are being insulted by giving land.
Our fight was for the mosque, it was for legal rights. We don't want anything in begging. Give us what we have a right to.
